What to know before you book.
Deposit & Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, accepted via Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, or cash. The deposit is transferable once with at least 24 hours' notice. The remaining balance is collected at the start of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments forfeit the deposit, and repeat occurrences may result in being unable to rebook.
Fills & Retention
We recommend a fill every two weeks. At least fifty percent of your lashes must remain in order for a fill to be performed. Appointments scheduled more than three weeks out are considered a full set and priced accordingly.
Before Your First Appointment
New clients are asked to text a photo of their natural lashes to (414) 510-8099 prior to scheduling. We reserve the right to respectfully decline service when natural lashes are not in a safe condition to receive extensions.
Aftercare Guarantee
Refunds are not offered, however any concerns raised within 48 hours of your appointment will be addressed at no additional charge. Please contact the studio with photographs within that window.
After-Hours & Holidays
Appointments scheduled outside of standard studio hours, or on holidays, carry an additional $20 upcharge.
